Reintegration... I think it could be harder than integrating something new into your existence because the novelty isn't there.  Reintegration is when you know what to do to make yourself better, you have a solid plan that works however you're still not doing it...  I sat back down with Daniel Mengel to discuss this amongst many other things, it was a bit of a full circle moment because Daniel was the last studio guest and this is actually a part two to Episode 82 - Moving Forward so enjoy.
