Story Transcript:

Lt: Saulė leidosi už horizonto, dažydama dangų šiltomis oranžinėmis spalvomis.
En: The sun set beyond the horizon, painting the sky with warm orange tones.

Lt: Užmiršta Lietuvos miestas po to visko, kas nutiko, buvo visiškai tylūs, vienintelis garsas — šnarėjimas vėjo per žolę.
En: The forgotten Lithuanian city, after everything that happened, was completely silent, the only sound being the rustling of the wind through the grass.

Lt: Lietuvoje vasara buvo šilta, oras kvepėjo laukiniais žolynais.
En: In Lietuva, summer was warm, and the air smelled of wild herbs.

Lt: Miestas, kuriame kadaise buvo gyvybė ir šurmulys, dabar atrodė apleistas, bet tuo pačiu ir gyvas, su augmenija klestėjančia iš tarp senų plytų.
En: The city, which was once full of life and hustle, now seemed abandoned but at the same time alive, with vegetation thriving between the old bricks.

Lt: Audra ir Rytis ėjo akmenuotais keliais.

Lt: Rytis linktelėjo ir švelniai mostelėjo ranka, kviesdamas ją įtrūkt į vidų.
En: Rytis nodded and gently waved his hand, inviting her to slip inside.

Lt: Viduje buvo tamsu ir vėsiau.
En: Inside, it was dark and cooler.

Lt: Rytis išsitraukė žibintuvėlį, apšvietė aplink.
En: Rytis pulled out a flashlight, illuminating the surroundings.

Lt: „Maniau, kad čia rasime šiek tiek maisto ar vandens atsargų,“ kalbėjo jis tyliai.
En: "I thought we might find some food or water supplies here," he spoke quietly.

Lt: „Man reikia šitų medžiagų, kad mūsų grupė išgyventų“, atsakė Audra, bandydama užgniaužti įtampą.
En: "I need these supplies for our group to survive," replied Audra, trying to suppress the tension.

Lt: „Bet ir mes turime kalbėtis.
En: "But we also need to talk."

Lt: “Jie ėmė krapštinėti stirkius ir spinteles.
En: They began rummaging through the clutter and cabinets.

Lt: Rytis stovėjo galvą nuleidęs, kol rinko senus laikraščius.
En: Rytis stood with his head down, gathering old newspapers.

Lt: „Aš žinau, kad turime kalbėtis, Audra,“ pagaliau jis ištarė, nušluostydamas dulkes nuo senų popierių.
En: "I know we need to talk, Audra," he finally said, wiping the dust from the old papers.

Lt: „Aš atsiprašau dėl to, kas įvyko.
En: "I'm sorry about what happened."

Lt: “Audra sustojo.
En: Audra stopped.

Lt: Ji žiūrėjo į jį ilgai, širdis dūžtelėjo.
En: She looked at him for a long time, her heart aching.

Lt: „Nėra lengva, tai praeitis.
En: "It's not easy, it's the past... but it's important we try to move forward," she said eventually.

Lt: bet svarbu, kad stengiamės judėti pirmyn“, tarė ji galų gale.
En: While checking the remains of small shops, they suddenly heard a thud behind them.

Lt: Beeidami nežymius krautuvėlių likučius, staiga išgirdo trinksėjimą už jų.
En: Startled, they looked around and saw a small animal running nearby.

Lt: Sutrikę apsidairė ir išvydo arti lekiantį gyvūną, bijodami mažo šernuko, abu suglaudė nuginkus.
En: Fearing a small boar, they pressed back to back.

Lt: „Bendradarbiaukime, kad išgyventume,“ pagaliau jį sustabdęs tarė Rytis.
En: "Let's work together to survive," said Rytis after it passed.

Lt: Jų išbandymas lauke tęsėsi dar valandą, kol rado seną sandėlį, pilną reikalingų atsargų.
En: Their ordeal in the field continued for another hour until they found an old warehouse full of necessary supplies.

Lt: Abu kartu pakėlė sunkias dėžes, pasidalino darbą.
En: Together they lifted heavy boxes and shared the work.

Lt: Tai buvo tarsi uždaromasis etapas jų skirtingų kelionių.
En: It was like a closing chapter of their separate journeys.

Lt: Pakeliui atgal, pro nakties šešėlius, jie jautėsi kitokie.
En: On the way back, through the shadows of the night, they felt different.

Lt: Audra pagaliau leido sau atsidusti.
