Jim has done a lot with his time in real estate, literally going coast to coast. Having done flips, single-family rentals, multi-family rentals and short-term rentals, Josh Lawlor has experienced a lot of real estate investing opportunities. He was looking for some additional opportunities and ways to be able to complement his rentals. Having worked as teachers for years, Ken and Rachael Wick first purchased a triplex and a duplex 20 years ago as a way to supplement their education salaries.
