It started off as a conversation in drama class, then it became a way to chit-chat with friends, new and old. Now, The Coop has become Helena's outlet. From talking about her experiences of dealing with anorexia to exploring topics that keep her up at night, The Coop really tracks it all. As time's gone on, this podcast has really just become centred around navigating life and so, it's fair to say that in simple terms, it's become a monologue about what it's like to be a teenager growing up in the world. New episodes drop every other Saturday.
