(it's been a recent revelation of mine how important silence is. if you respect silence, you build trust. if you build trust, you have the foundations of a good relationship. like I said....I've been thinking about the importance of silence.)

(wicked game by chris isaak is the ONLY song I've been listening to recently. it fits very well with this episode where I unpack my experiences with both 'practical' and 'emotional' rejection. somewhere in the middle of this episode it gets a bit deep lol so erm...enjoy?)
