This week Bree and Liz have a very special guest in the beginning of the episode. Then Liz talks about her busy weekend and everything she had planned. Bree also talked about her awful week filled with ton of sports and a debilitating migraine that made her so sick.

Bree also talks about going out with her hairdresser and some other girls from the salon and she was so impressed with the younger girls and how they were not intimidated to be out with women their own age like Bree would have been. Liz has a theory behind this happening.

Then the girls talk about how they should sage their house and how they are open to anything that will help them just have an easier time. Bree also talks about the paranormal events that her and Sam have seen and heard. And Liz laughs at Bree thinking she is clairvoyant.

  • Girls Day, Pam Anderson, Robin Dixon Fired, and Cleaning

Liz has had such a fun and productive weekend. Christian has been working but they were still able to visit with people they aren’t able to see a lot. This was refreshing because she has had a disaster of a week at work.

Bree has been fully immersed into softball and baseball again with the kids. She explains the pitching problems in her league and how funny it is that these parents take it so seriously.  Also the best part of both of their week was having a girls morning on Saturday.

Then Bree talks about the new Pamela Anderson documentary she started on Netflix. She says so far it is so good, but we will see if it stays that way.

Even thought ere wasn’t a lot of pop culture news this week, Liz breaks down the whole Robin Dixon drama that has been going on and the rumors that Andy Cohen is done with her on housewives. He is over the lies and the hiding of storylines that could be big for the seasons.

Lastly the girls want to know how everyone else resets their house and cleans. Like is it a throughout the week thing or just let everything pile up all week and do all the work on the weekends?

  • Office Drama, Wednesday, 90s are Back, and The Spicy Miami Ladies

Its been a great week, this week. Even though Bree had a migraine she was still able to take an extra day off to deep clean the house with the kids. Also she talks about her new find that helped her stay energized and in a good mood while she was cleaning all day.

Liz had a stressful week at work with typical office drama, but that’s ok… she is going to rise above. Bree gives her advise from a management position how Liz should approach the situation.  Even through drama, Liz was able to watch the full season of Wednesday on Netflix and she was obsessed.

Bree brings up an thought provoking question, but this brings up how excited the girls are about the 90s style being back.  They are able to relive their childhood and they love it.

Then they talk about the shit show of an episode this weeks Real Housewives of Miami was. Both Bree and Liz are not a fan this season of the normal “fan favorite” of Miami, but they are loving Nicole more and more every episode.

Lastly Bree and Liz briefly talk about the recent news in the RHUGT filming in Morroco and also the Teen Mom news that came out about some past cast members.

  • Eventful Week, Jen Shah, LVP Return, & KarJenner Baby

Bree realizes how nice it will be this season to not be coaching softball. It was so fun for her to show up to softball evals and enjoy watching the girls and not have to worry about getting certain girls on her team.  She also has been having a great time with Miles and her and Sam are just praying they have turned a real corner with this child.

Liz also had a rough week at work, training new employees is hard and she was busy all week cleaning up a mess that was so unnecessary.  But she also had a really good experience at home.

The girls also talk about Valentine’s Day and Bree says how she likes to feel special on these kinds of holidays because every other holiday is always about the kids. However, Liz could kinda care less and has bad memories about eating out on Valentines day.

Of course they had to talk about he controversial the Real Housewives of Miami episode was this week. Whose side is everyone on… Nicole or Larsa? You have to listen to how Bree and Liz see the situation and whose side they are on.

Kylie finally announced her baby’s name and posted his face. And they girls also talk about the Lamar documentary with TMZ. It made them realize why  Khloe changed so much and also brought up a lot of speculation about Rob Kardashian.

All this plus so so much more.

Bree and Liz are back and start strong talking about the King Kylie era and why some TikTok pages are saying they think that era may be coming back. Also the girls are worried about Khloe’s new look, its just too much botox and too thin. Also Liz got frustrated with this week’s episode and the level of anxiety that everyone in the show was talking about constantly.

In Bree’s week, she had a rough week. With the flu and missing her softball tournament, she was so bummed. However she was still able to celebrate with her team after. She also talks about how much better Miles is now and how it is effecting her whole household.

After watching the Kardshians this week really got Bree and Liz thinking about how they are getting older and how it has effected them. Bree says how much more confident and sure of herself she is now in her 30s. Liz on the other hand  talks about how she is completely the opposite and how he feels she is disappointing her younger self but not reaching the goals she set for herself, and also how having heart surgery has effected her mental health drastically. She she also explains the side effects from the trauma of her surgery. And she still has not fully recovered from all of that.

  • Try Guys Update, Kardashians, Beverly Hills, and EMDR

The girls are back and they start with Bree’s wild morning and has not bene able to focus at all. She has a softball tournament her team has been playing though, which has been fun.

Bree also gives an update on the Try Guys scandal and the statement that was released by the organization. It was so respectful and a statement style that should be used by all organizations in a similar situation.

The girls loved this week’s Kardashians. Bree shared the difference in Kendall’s relationship with Kim and with Khloe. Then Liz talked about how she feels about Corey and how she was dying laughing about the dinner Kris, Khloe and Corey had. The girls also share how they feel about Kourtney’ Lemme brand and how they didn’t think that it was as legit at first.

The Beverly Hills reunion trailer was released also and WOW it looks amazing. It better live up to the hype. Liz explains what happened at the end of this weeks Beverly Hills episode though, and was not impressed by Rinna and Erika and would not be surprised at all if Ericka’s camp was the person running to the tabloids about everything.

Liz tells Bree the bullet points of the Salt Lake City episode from this week. Watching Whitney remember her childhood trauma was so hard to watch. This brings up the girls talking about how they would love to do EMDR therapy, but are too scared to try it. Also Bree trying to explain to Liz how she underplays the events that have happened in her life while also sharing why she struggled so much to parent Miles with a coparent in the house instead of how she raised her other two kids before.

  • Salt Lake City Premiere, Kylie's Baby Name, Hailey Bieber Interview and Serial Killers

Bree and Liz finally were able to sneak away for a night to have dinner and a Target run. Then Bree talks about how her week was so good. Softball was good, Miles has been pleasant and Sam’s bday is this week too. Even through all the good things she has been struggling with forgetfulness and dropping things.

Then Liz had an emotionally hectic week that she unloaded on Bree previously, it was month end and it was just kind of a long week.

Liz talked about her review of the premiere of the Salt Lake City house wives and Bree talks about tracking other people on their phone for security reasons.

Obviously the girls both watched Beverly Hills housewives and can’t decide whose side they are on between Rinna and Kathy. And this week’s Kardashians had some really annoying part but they are so happy Kylie is more of a figure on this season so far. Also Bree saw a TikTok on Kylie’s baby name. There is a new conspiracy theory of what the name of her baby’s name is and why they think this.

The girls talk about the new Hailey Bieber interview on the Call her Daddy podcast. Bree and Liz think this was plotted to be released when it was and Liz does not like how everything was being brought back to Justin Bieber’s relationship with Selena Gomez.

Lastly the girls talk about a random TikTok the Bree found about a conspiracy theory between a possible relationship between serial killers and abortion legalization.  Listen to their thoughts on this and so much more!

  • Birthday, Hulu shows, Adam Levine, and Kardashian's Premiere

We are back on Liz’s birthday.  First Liz shares about her week and her birthday plans. Between football, a concert and work she hasn’t had 5 minutes to sit down.  Also she shares about her struggle to be in large groups of people now and the anxiety that comes with it.

Bree also talks about how she had to go into jury duty this week and everyone can relate to how lame that is. Also how the day after she all of a sudden was really sick and in bed.

Liz also started watching “Tell Me Lies” on Hulu and she finally gets why Bree is so obsessed. It is amazing. It isn’t hard to follow, but it makes you want to dive deeper into the characters lives.

Of course they had to talk about the new Adam Levine scandal and all their thoughts on the topic. Also Bree got the full inside scoop from all the TikTok trolls, they don’t mess around with it comes to giving people all the toxic drama.

The episode really would just not be complete without Bree and Liz talking about the first episode of the Kardashians airing. While they both are over Khloe going back to Tristan, they also felt really bad for what she was going through with his recent infidelity.  Both the girls had so many thoughts and opinions on the preview of the new season; things that were cut out and also the timeline seem odd.

Finally the girls talked about this week's Beverly Hills housewives. They both find the whole situation between Kathy and Rinna very questionable and things aren't adding up on either side. Even though Bree and Liz saw scenes in different ways they both understand how each other could see it different.
