No matter where you are in life, you can struggle. Struggle to believe that you are worth what you have not only accomplished, so far, but whatever remains in your heart. Have you given up on your dreams? Have you settled because it was safe? Do you see your future getting worse? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this podcast is for you.Keith Bacon is a Transformation Coach who works with clients that have been successful in life, but still are not happy. While some people in this bracket are clinically depressed and in need of medication, many just need an adjustment to how they see the world. He will give you the permission you seek to: 1. Change the lens through which you see the world from one of doubt, cynicism, and blame, to one of hope, optimism and accountability; 2. He will guide you to set goals for yourself that are both meaningful and reachable; & 3. He will allow you to see your dreams in terms if how they can be accomplished instead of just fantasies. Who is Keith Bacon? Keith Bacon, that goofy looking guy over there, is a survivor. After spending the first 18 years of his life in poverty, abuse, and abandonment, he then decided to spend the next 18 years abusing himself. It wasn’t until he was sitting in a first class seat on the way back from the Bahamas, depressed as ever, that he realized that something inside him was broken. Something that the myriad of anti-depressant medications he had taken (more than he can even remember) could never fix.Having spent the next two years consuming everything he could on personal development, Keith has broken free of these patterns and now lives a life full of joy and he wants you to feel the same joy he has.
