Sometimes the hardest relationship to leave is the one you still love.
In this episode, we're talking about "Loving the Wrong Person". What happens when your feelings are real, but the relationship isn't healthy, mutual or aligned with what you truly need. You can love someone deeply and still recognize that they may not be the right person for you.
We'll explore the difference between love and compatibility, why we sometimes hold on to relationships that continually disappoint us, and how hope, chemistry, attachment and fear of starting over can keep us emotionally stuck.
We'll also look at some of the signs that you may be loving someone who isn't capable of giving you the kind of relationship you deserve and why letting go doesn't mean your love wasn't real. Sometimes the lesson isn't "How do I get this person to love me?" It's "Why am I accepting a love that isn't enough for me?"
If you've ever found yourself saying, "But I love them," while knowing deep down that the relationship isn't working, this conversation is for you.
Listen, reflect, and discover how choosing yourself can sometimes be the greatest expression of love.
