This is an age where many of your friends are pregnant or engaged but it also a time when you are dealing with some REAL life stuff. Like, your parents getting older, stagnant friendships, hormonal changes etc. We are no longer in our early 20's. You start to feel like you want more out of life. The things that used to be fun are no longer fun.

Good news! 27 doesn't have to be bad at all. It has been a time of self discovery for me. I am thrilled to continue to grow everyday. Grow with me now..

Well well well it is finally here! The Relationship Hour Podcast has been a long time coming.  I have always been that friend, the one you go to when you want the TRUTH. I have always wanted to be on the radio to help people in areas like self esteem, red flags in relationships and evolving friendships.
