1. Triggers - using triggers on your website live chat can be very effective at engaging the right prospect at the right time. You can send a targeted message to someone based on which page they're visiting.

2. Map - draw a map for your customers so that they know where they should go next and that they can reach out anytime. We direct you to chat with us while you're on our website using the chat button if you have questions.

3. Follow-up - you should manually followup with every prospect that's ever used your live chat. If they don't signup the first time you can followup through a FB message or by collecting their name and email when they start a chat.
