It's the 2nd week and we're continuing our conversation about all things relationships. This week we're discussing co-worker relationships. This was one of the things I had the hardest time with when I was younger. Every boss is not promoting unity or teamwork. They're just looking at the bottom line and don't care how you get there. Although it's a plus to develop relationships/friendships with your co-workers, I believe the depth of the relationship(s) depends on your purpose. Listen up!!
