How often do you compare yourself to others. We do it all the time. We compare our lives our physical selves, our material things to what other people have. We compare our characteristics with others. When comparison is done to motivate or to illuminate our lives that can be a good thing. When it's done to show lack and to create a benchmark of not good enough, thats when it becomes harmful. Listen in to see how to get out of the compare and despair trap.
