This week I break down my thoughts on how technology has changed the way we interact in all of our interpersonal relationships & beyond. For us 30 Pausers we started with a Floppy disc & ended up with smart phones, RING Doorbells, A.I. and have experienced social media in ALL of its modalities and forms. Our generation has had a front row seat (and others have been the drivers) to this social media and tech world & we're constantly reminded of how quickly it's evolved. I offer advice on how to establish healthier boundaries and communication now that tech has engulfed our daily lives. Hopefully sharing my tips and tricks will help you become more self-aware and grounded in your overall decision making and relationships.
