In this conscious breathing we want to relax our nervous system, release emotional triggers and come back to sleeping if we wake up in the night. It paces down our daily acceleration and helps us to seeing a difficult situation differently. We breath in on the count of 4, we hold the breath on the count of 7 and exhale on the count of 8. Please do not force and if you need to warm up your breath before, that is fine. Holding the breath is not recommended if you are having breathing or heart conditions or if you are pregnant.
