In addition to being a relaxing breath practice, this meditation helps us to open the channel of communication with the body. We breathe into the lower, mid and upper abdomen to relax the body and also encourage connection with any sensations or feelings being stored in these areas. This helps us to move away from overthinking and to connect to the wisdom of the body and any messages it may have for us. This can take time to master but with practice we can all tune into our inner knowing which can help us reduce overthinking and make decisions with confidence.
