This three part breathing exercise is deeply relaxing and helps us to open the channel of communication with the body through a breath practice. We breathe into the lower, mid and upper abdomen to relax the body and also encourage connection with any sensations or feelings being stored in these areas. 

This is the first stage in connecting to the body's inner wisdom and is the foundation for building self awareness and self trust that leads us to make decisions with confidence.
