Even as this is at the core of the teachings of yoga and many systems, I've been Trippin on how, as we learn to relax the mind more and yes, that means quiet it, we can really shift and change the direction of our mental health, emotional states, relationships, and lives. As we get into our practices of mindfulness and meditation, we start to witness our neurosis more, and how much we're letting that psyche and our old trauma, emotional and mental patterns and, as yoga calls it, our samskaras drive the bus.
