I am so excited to drop in today with you to share some of the leading edge of my excitement and awareness, and how important it is in HOW we are handling and dealing with our feelings, how this affects our physiology, our lives and our world. Sharing from my recent learning with teachers like David Hawkins, Michael Singer, Pema Chodron, Thich Nhat Hanh, Tara Brach, and more...I'm loving, sharing and experiencing how it can be about doing that inner work-- to help ourselves handle our feelings differently, to find our ways to find our OK on the inside, and live from there. I'm seeing how our practices with mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, movement and sound, approaching it all in a somatic way, which has always been at the heart of a yoga approach--is the ideal way to optimize our experience mentally, physically, and, absolutely honoring and addressing that it's all energy and vibration that affects the world. Tune in to learn more about how we can handle our feelings differently, vs yes our usual suppress, repress, express or escape approaches, we can update our methods and really transform our experience and the world around us.
