Lately I’ve been loving learning about — and actually practicing — the idea of creating more holy moments in my everyday life.
Not dramatic miracles.
Not perfection.
But small, intentional moments of alignment.
To me, a holy moment is like a mini transfiguration…
A conscious collaboration with God’s spirit, the Universe — whatever sacred name resonates for you.
It’s when we pause.
When we soften.
When we choose love instead of reactivity.
Presence instead of distraction.
Grace instead of destruction.
And what I’m realizing is this:
Every holy moment we create has a ripple effect.
It’s not just personal.
It becomes collective.
One aligned breath.
One kind word.
One mindful response.
And suddenly we’re participating in a tidal wave of goodness —
for ourselves and everyone in our midst.
This, to me, is the essence of yoga.
Yoga simply means union.
Union with what is sacred.
Union with love.
Union with our higher awareness.
Our presence is the practice.
Mindfulness is the doorway.
And the decision to live and love this way?
That’s the magic.
In each moment, we’re choosing what is holy —
or what is unholy and destructive.
And that choice is powerful.
I love sharing what I’m learning along my own journey.
I hope this reflection supports you along yours…
as you continue tuning you ✨
With love,
LJ 💛
