In this episode, in order to showcase the work in real-time, we chose to hit record in the middle of a shared misunderstanding (i.e. argument) where both of our egos were flaring. Briefly after a little spat and disagreement, we pick up the mic to collaborate, reflect, vulnerably share, and take extreme ownership of ourselves in the situation. Tune in to see how it turns out :)
