My intention for this podcast is to share true pieces of me that I hope inspire true pieces of you to ripple to the surface.

A week that certainly feels like it's been inspired by the current moon phases... between cleaning out our literal and metaphorical closets can we begin to find internal peace that ripples outward as we enter into the New Moon?

This week I'm sharing with you one of the things I'm most passionate about: THE PSOAS MUSCLE (pronounced: so-as).  This muscle has everything to do with what we've been sensing in the our physical bodies: anxiety, lower back pain, hip tightness, shoulder pain, knee pain...
