This past week I spent some time in AZ. Catching up with family and celebrating my brother and new sister in law. 

In the downtime from the wedding I was able to slip into the desert for a few hours of adventure, where I first learned to connect with nature. 

This week the story I have to share with you literally followed me out of the natural and into my everyday world. I’m sharing my thoughts on True Nature and one of the greatest gifts we have in this human body.

How tired are you?  They say that when we follow our path we become energized.  When we get lost and end up on someone else's path it exhausts us with the constant tug to bring us back into the aligned space we belong... but How?

My meditation practice was not something that came naturally, but today I'm sharing how potent this part of my practice has become.  An ancient Power Meditation that my teacher has passed on to me, has ultimately shifted how I'm able to move about my life and stay in an energetic space.  Today I'm sharing my greater vision of how I'm being called to teach.

The universe conspired in my favor.

Our 'thoughts' is probably the most typical reply to "the only thing we control over".  While that is true, its actually much deeper and albeit simpler than trying to control our monkey minds.

Come on an ocean journey with me today, as I sit at Solimar Beach in Ventura and share my wild journey to expand on some important tools that have helped me when I feel the chaos swirling around me.  It's the number one tool I turn to each and everyday to keep me grounded and flowing through life.

On the 6th year anniversary of my Yoga Teaching Journey, I find myself in the midsts of pulling back from teaching "yoga" in the traditional sense we know it in the US.  This practice is leading me down new paths that have become an extension of what I have to share.

In honor of how far this practice has taken me, today I'm sharing with you the story of my very first class.  Ironically it became a near failure to launch into this Yogic path. 

I share this with you to inspire that when the Universe conspires in your favor... it will always keep pushing you where you need to go.  As I mentioned in today's episode, I'm sharing on the blog the story of HOW I finally found my way onto my path.  Read here after you listen to the show.

My day tripping got me reminiscing about a Wild story that came around full circle at the very spot I found myself recording today.

My intention for this podcast is to share true pieces of me that I hope inspire true pieces of you to ripple to the surface.

Today I'm off on a hike in my favorite space.  Chatting with you about how I use movement as my mediation to tune in deeper to what is truly going on in my life, my body, in efforts to bring me back to the greater alignment I need to live in harmony.
