This past week I spent some time in AZ. Catching up with family and celebrating my brother and new sister in law. 

In the downtime from the wedding I was able to slip into the desert for a few hours of adventure, where I first learned to connect with nature. 

This week the story I have to share with you literally followed me out of the natural and into my everyday world. I’m sharing my thoughts on True Nature and one of the greatest gifts we have in this human body.
