Deborah L. Tillman is a Parent Educator, Speaker, Author, Founder and CEO of Happy Home Child Learning Centers, Inc., located in Northern Virginia and “America’s Supernanny” on Lifetime Television.  Labeled “A Force for Good” by the Washington Post, Tillman has a deep passion for children.  Her mission is to transform parents and encourage them to be the best they can be.  Tillman believes that “schools and educator’s should not have to do for children what we as parents were created to do”.  Tillman says, “It is not about making a child; it is about raising a child”.  Deborah L. Tillman is America’s most authentic and powerful voice for parents and is not afraid to be open and honest with them.  Her no nonsense yet, loving approach landed her the role as “America’s Supernanny” on Lifetime Television.  Tillman holds a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Special Education from George Washington University and is currently seeking her Doctorate.  She began her career over a decade ago when she became frustrated with the lack of quality childcare her son was receiving.

A Beta Phi Omega chapter of Iota Phi Theta Man.  Currently, the Principal of the Langston High School an alternative high school located in Arlington, Virginia. Mr. James is also actively involved in youth organizations throughout the metro DC area providing guidance to our youth in making “sound” decisions for life situations.
