I’ve been battling a lot of low-grade (high-grade?) *FEAR* about recording. It’s a goofy fear, but today she gifted me with a really special meditation that I’m now regifting to you as a quick guided experience. It’s 2020 baby and ALL gifts should be WHITE ELEPHANT STYLE this year because we deserve lovely and unusual gifts and the world already has too much stuff.
