Donovan Manley grew up the son of a drug dealer. He wanted to college, but the finances just weren't there. So he joined the Army and ended up having a distinguished 22-year career. He became a paratrooper for the 82nd Airborne, won Drill Sergeant of the Year, and ended his career as an Infantry officer.

The life of a paratrooper is hard on the body. After several injured, Donovan began to learn new ways to train and after his career started his own fitness coaching business in Nashville, TN.
