Mike Roberts is an accomplished musician, songwriter, dad, husband, and all-around good dude. He is in the popular band 5ive O'Clock Charlie, but also does several duo and solo performances. In his career, he has performed all over the country, and even got to perform at the legendary Grand Ole Opry.
As impressive as his career has been, he is an even more impressive person. We cover a lot of subjects in this one, including:
-his most memorable performances (good and bad)
-his upcoming song he wrote and performed with his son Jude
-what Vince Gill told him before he went on stage at the Grand Ole Opry
-how his biggest compliment came from one of his saddest days
-how an accident when he was 17 almost left him without an arm
And much more! Plus we wrap it up with a live performance of his song Up One Day/Down One Day. Mike was jamming so hard his mic couldn't handle it :) Might need to turn it up towards the end of this one.
Had an awesome time and I think you will too.
