This Relieve Shoulder Tension, Ease Lower Back Free Yoga Podcast is an apology for my 3 month lapse!!!!! This 60 minute Gentle Yoga practice was inspired by Jason Crandell. Begin with a gentle laying-down warm-up, and build to lunge and kneeling poses. You will stretch your chest and hard-to-reach neck areas, as well as build lower back strength and easy. This is a gentle yoga workout.
Suggested props: blanket, strap (a leash, belt, rope or towel also works well) and 2 blocks (two large books will also work)
