All the time i find my self not being as focused or intentional with my time and the things i am doing this week i challenge you to change that!

Life is full of choices we cab choose to do what we want in life and choose to do the things the we know will get us there or we can choose to talk s*** and make excuses as to why things never got done 

Quick episode. I almost didn't do it. I'm not going to lie, but I know what happened last night when I skipped one step.

I was trying to switch up the process, so I wasn't spending. So much time doing all of the stuff that I'm doing. I was trying to make it simpler, right? Well, I discovered I was wasting a lot of my time because what I was doing wasn't working. I tried switching up my process on my morning routine, how I was recording processes and how I was recording the podcast.

And I lost, um, about a week's worth of work. 

We all have the power to make positive changes in our lives, but sometimes it can be difficult to break away from old habits and mindsets. For those of us who have struggled with addiction, it can be especially hard to break free from the mindset of being an addict.

The truth is, addiction is a powerful force that can take over our lives and make us feel like we are powerless to make any changes. But this doesn't have to be the case. We can choose to take control of our lives and make the changes we need to break free from the mindset of being an addict.
