@max.r.williams is our second guest on the Extrospective Podcast, and we talk about his challenges growing up in France, his passion for sport and how he's had to overcome adversity in recent years.
Max is 20 years old, studies International Business Management at the University of Surrey and has competed across a multitude of disciplines, including Rugby, Squash and Triathlon.
Last year Max and I committed to going to the gym at 6AM everyday and we both discovered a love for trail running around Guildford.
