Today we had the pleasure of speaking with Owner/Operator Rob Herold. Rob is the Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Bowie Marketplace in Maryland. Rob started his Chick-fil-A career when he was 17 years old, becoming a mall Owner/Operator in 2009, and transitioning to free-standing location in 2016. He’s taken an innovative approach to leadership development and created an annual event called Leader Connect - which equips leaders not only for his restaurant but many others in the DC market.
