Today is a great day to introduce you to Shawn York! Shawn is the Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Crossings at South Corona and Hidden Valley Parkway, both in Corona, CA. Shawn is also the founder of the Malama Youth Foundation. He’s known for being a systems pioneer in the world of CFA, his latest being a system to increase customer satisfaction while increasing team member purpose, something he calls the Heart Chart, which tracks Unexpected Opportunities or UOs for short.
