Meet Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator William Braswell! William is the Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Cabot in Arkansas! After a wild 10-year journey, he was selected as the Owner/Operator for Cabot in January 2024, and he took over that location in June 2024. Today, we’re excited to introduce you to Brian Hogan! Brian is the Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Tanasbourne and Chick-fil-A Tualatin Valley in Oregon. Brian has been with Chick-fil-A for 20 years! He started when he was 16 and has a remarkable story of receiving a “divine calling” at 19 to become an Operator, and since then has helped develop four other Chick-fil-A Owner/Operators, including his dad!

Rob started his Chick-fil-A career when he was 17 years old, becoming a mall Owner/Operator in 2009, and transitioning to free-standing location in 2016. He’s taken an innovative approach to leadership development and created an annual event called Leader Connect - which equips leaders not only for his restaurant but many others in the DC market.
