Times in which we pause, reflect upon some historical event, and commemorate that event - with the intention of learning the lessons which came from it. God has instituted a number of memorials for His people throughout time - the Sabbath, and the Holy Days, and in this time of year, we commemorate the deliverance of Israel on the night of the 15th of Abib, the Night to Be Much Remembered.

As Ezekiel prophesies to the house of Israel, God reveals to him the utter corruption and sin of the elders of the land, all done behind closed doors.  The message is prophetic to us as we see corruption in the lands we live, but also a warning to God's Church that we are doing things His way, with no hidden agendas.  Christ said in Luke 8:17, "There is nothing hidden that won't be revealed."
