It takes a special person to get cancer right before their best friend's wedding. Oh wait. It's me. I am the special person. Come in to hear me talk with guests, Jon and Emilie. And make their wedding all about me and that time I had cancer. (It's a two-parter!) 

Chemo is sort of a game where doctors have to figure out how much chemo you need to kill of your cancer and balance that with how much chemo will do an unacceptable amount of damage. So did my doctors hit that mark or not?

Not only did Rachel and I get into some potentially-hazardous-for-tumor activities prior to my diagnosis. We continued to do so after...when I had a healing incision. Come hear about it!

Get it? 22? 2 Pelvic Exams? Ok so that wasn't intentional but it works out nicely. Folks this one is going to get pretty much as graphic and descriptive as I've been so if you don't want to hear me describe Pelvic Exams you may want to skip this one. But I think I keep it mostly pretty light.

Today I talk about my various nurses through TheCancerTimesTM and the time that I puked a frankly insane amount. 

I have gone through phases of weight loss, weight gain, exercise, and diet throughout my life. The reasons and ways definitely changed after my run-in with cancer. 

But don't worry, before I talk about pain there's a funny Kensi story. 

When I got cancer, I also got a puppy...because I was not thinking long term. Best decision I ever made.
