Remember the Times Podcast

AllurA is off on their first DIY tour with a stop at a house party show in Barstow followed by a quick swing back by the old stomping grounds of Pointe 705/Sapphire Lounge in Hermosa Beach. They get more or less stiffed at both shows, but SURELY the rest of the tour has to go well, right? RIGHT?!

AllurA is getting ready to hit the road again, but who is actually going to... play? The band continues trying to find their footing while getting ready to go out on their first ever DIY tour. Meanwhile, Mitch hangs out and plays Nintendo!

It's been a while, but we're now back from our little break while AJ went on tour!

This is the first episode in the Post-Mitch era of AllurA and the chaos continues. From shifting line-ups to nearly cancelled gigs, AJ starts to fill Mitch in on all of the fun he missed out on!

In this episode, we deal with the aftermath of Mitch's firing. AllurA does a quick photoshoot and then does their best to play a couple of shows that they had already agreed to but before 2008 ends, one more member leaves the band...

This is a big one... In this week's episode AllurA takes a break after returning from Warped Tour 2008, but Mitch's voice still wont recover. After a couple of bad shows (including one he almost missed entirely) the band is left with a tough decision to make...

We're back this week with the last episode of Warped Tour 2008... Get ready.

Hear all of our memories from the final week of the tour including, what Mitch likes the call, the Goof Troop route

#RememberTheTimes

This episode starts off with a hotel party getting out of hand. The next day at Warped Tour in Idaho, tensions between band members come to a head finally and for the second year in a row, vehicle issues prohibit us from getting to the Gorge Amphitheater

In this episode, AllurA begins a 12 day in a row stretch on Warped Tour 2008 where tensions between band members continue to rise and we get to hang out more with Evergreen Terrace and All That Remains where the singer of All That Remains gives Mitch a very difficult ultimatum. We break at Mall of America before heading west for the last two legs of the tour

We start this episode in Cleveland where we play on the Kevin Says Stage and then we play one of the worst shows we've ever played in our lives that night.

The next day in Detroit, we play on the Kevin Says Stage again and, even though we sold the most merch we've ever sold in a single day, things get worse and worse between Mitch and AJ as tensions continue to rise.

Then we have a week off, where we see the Dark Knight and we hang out in Boston until the tour resumes in Mansfield, MA.

In this episode, AllurA begins a 10 day stretch on Warped Tour 08, starting with 4 days in Florida where severe thunderstorms make the shows extra difficult and we have to figure out how to make nice with the Against Me! merch crew.

As we head up the coast to North Carolina, we play to our biggest crowd of the whole tour and get to go to a free movie night for all of the bands.

We end this episode in Virginia Beach where Pennywise returns to the tour and we have a very... interesting... after party
