As we socially distance ourselves, how do we stay connected? More specifically, how are you staying connected? Are you reaching out to people and letting them know you are thinking about them?

How are you punctuating the positives? Get yourself in the habit of recognizing positive things. Focus on things you can do, not things you cannot do. Choose to be proactively positive.
