In this week's episode, I chat with the lovely Freya Light. Freya is a health coach, birth keeper and the host of the beautiful podcast “Remembering Birth “, where she interviews Mums and Birth Workers who share their positive birth stories and wisdom around the sacred journey of birth.

I loved chatting with Freya about her creativity as a child being projected through singing, dancing and taking on the mother persona with her dolls. We chat about how her belief system around birth shifted after her first child as she really held onto the idea that birth is a terrifying experience. It wasn’t until a friend's positive birth story that she realised she didn’t have to listen to those around her and to follow her mothers intuition while setting up boundaries and owning your own choice of what’s right for you.
