Sometimes it's hard to look back on catastrophes that you battle through, but often, in those times of hopelessness, you find an inner strength that defines you as a person and as a company. On the 17th anniversary of Katrina, Shawn talks about his experience, losing his home and his little sister, all while trying to help the employees of the company and keep business alive. 

It was one of the hardest times for the people of New Orleans. But looking back and seeing the strength of the community, of the people you work closely with, you understand how fortunate you are and how to not take anything for granted.
