In today's episode, I am so excited to be talking with Savannah Kujawski of Savvy Awakening on her powerful work with women and trauma.
Savannah aims to assist as many women as possible in their journey of integration. Her approach is focused on the influences of trauma on consciousness, the body (specifically menstruation & immunity), and sense of self. Savannah just founded her third company, Savvy Awakening. This platform is intended to educate, empower, and ground women for a more authentic future. This education platform was founded on Savannah’s own experiences and lessons she has learned along the way.
In this episode we discuss Savannah's intense and powerful journey to discovering her true purpose, healing herself, and eventually working to heal others. We discuss the importance of trauma and its place in spiritual work, how trauma disconnects us from ourselves and our bodies, and how deeply women's hormones and menstrual cycles can be impacted by trauma.
If you would like to get to know Savannah more and learn about her work you can find her on IG @savvy.awakening1 or on FB at https://www.facebook.com/groups/2635898730027367/?multi_permalinks=2697541313863108%2C2688051701478736¬if_id=1595890820595534¬if_t=group_activity&ref=notif

Please welcome Rachel Wylie to Remembering! Rachel & and I went to High School together and haven't talked in YEARS but reconnected through this podcast. In today's episode, I am honored to be discussing with Rachel the many ways she is making both small and large impacts in her community. We talk about creating change in community from the ground up, by helping people grow their own food, making food a powerful tool for connection, and how somatic practices can change our relationship with both our bodies and the earth around us. I won't give too much more away because it is a rich and beautiful conversation-- so I hope you'll listen.

Today I discuss the healing power and energetic gifts of Rose-- the Mother of All Flowers. This flower is one of my ally's, though I denied myself this relationship for quite a long time. In recent months I have been working with her a lot, and especially the last couple of weeks I have found her messages being especially potent and pertinent at this time. Rose shares with us the importance of opening our hearts and being vulnerable, even in the face of perceived threat or danger. She also speaks to the lovely nurturing relationship Mother Gaia offers us, and how we can heal the Mother Wound in our lives. Rose is here for the collective right now to provide loving, nurturing support through challenging, uncertain times. If you feel called, she will be delighted to work with you!
My Etsy shop is officially live! I presently have several products available online and will be posting a new product alongside this episode, that highlights the healing loveliness of Rose. Click the link below to check it out!
