Hello dear listeners. Simplifying life is a way of returning to the roots of your being, and in this pursuit to live more intentionally, I have left social media to concentrate on offering new poetry, meditations and courses on Substack.

My time is spent here now, so I hope you will join me (think less 'attention deficit blackhole' and more 'intentional infinite space'!) Nourishing content is sent to your private email space on a weekly basis.
