This week we welcome Joshua Dean of Precision Homecrafters to the show. Joshua took over the reins as President of Precision Homecrafters in January 2020. He entered the Homebuilding industry in 2004 through furniture making and later through working in a custom cabinet shop. Joshua has attended NCCER & Clemson University’s Project Management Academy, speaks conversational Spanish, and worked extensively on commercial and residential design/build projects. When he is not working, you can find Joshua deep in the woods backcountry hunting, visiting his step-daughter at the University of South Alabama, or hanging out with his wife, Jennifer, and their 4 boys. Help us welcome our guest for this week’s show, Nick Adams! He’s the Vice President of Heirloom Property Management out of Minnesota. Nick grew up in the twin cities and fell in love with Duluth and the North Shore while earning his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota Duluth. His entry into rental property ownership was spurred through the help of Michael, President of Heirloom, and has allowed him to continue to invest in properties over the years. Nick brings many years of business and project management experience to Heirloom and when not at work he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, mountain biking, and exploring Duluth’s abundant parks.

This week Spencer sits down with Benjamin Becker. He is the owner and chief visionary of BLB Design Build, a design-build firm located just north of Boston. Benjamin grew up working with his father in his father’s construction business until he decided to go out on his own. Von started his career in the Home Improvement industry as a roofing helper. He initially started with TraVek in 2001 when the company was formed, and then had a few year breaks when he moved abroad. He started back with the company again full-time in September of 2010 and has been with the company ever since.
