Traci shares what she loves about the lifestyle and adventure of agency nursing and how it has helped her develop her skills and think creatively. Based in Armidale, Traci regularly takes on contracts in Indigenous communities in the Northern Territory and Far North Queensland. She highlights that while remote nursing can be challenging at times, the rewards are priceless.
