Jessica was tasked the blind coordinate target of underground a specific address in Davenport, Iowa - a suspected underground facility, with potential cloning technology, controversial experiments, time bubbles, and strange cryptids, such as the Blemmy - a headless human. Arkheim Ra assigned this target to Jessica after having memories of being in the facility via the Secret Space Program.

Arkheim Ra is a star seed who was targeted for a super soldier espionage mind control program in US Public School's Talented and Gifted (TAG) program.
