As the business has grown Alex recognised for it to continue to grow it needed to rely on the team and not just him. Upon reading Traction, Alex and the leadership team at Integral Media began implementing EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System). Through this process Alex has learnt to 'let go of the vine' and also built a team that can now work through challenges in a systematic way. Through this process the team can now move past identifying and discussing problems to solving them with speed.
