多才多藝來自舊金山的 Julia Espinoza 在外國人社交圈裏很活耀 也裡面擔任了許多不同類型的社交團體管理員。她將跟大家分享他在社交團體裡面以及生活上遇到的一些問題 以及他如何克服這一些事情。

Super excited for our show this week as I have invited the talented and beautiful Julia to chat about her involvement in the Taichung ex-pat community.

We are also going to discuss more serious topics like toxic behaviors on social media as well as the social stigma of body-shaming. Julia will walk you through her personal experiences and how to cope with these issues that are too often seen as taboo here in Taiwan.
