老師這個角色在大部分的人生中有著很重要的地位，
重要到會影響人生走向；
重要到會改變一個人的個性。

社會給老師們很多的責任，
但卻不信任他們的專業。
而明明就一點都不信任，
卻沒有一個相應的退場機制。
使得一部分的老師們熱情消散，
但他們仍然在教育體系前線，
最終讓我們遇到那些，不適任教師。
