As I wrap-up my rendezvous with Saira, Saro and Robert on risk taking, failures and the lessons learnt.
PS: Listen to their intro on the teaser podcast along with their brief bio in the description.
Key learnings from this episode:
1. Embrace failure, gather the pieces and move ahead. Never give up.
2. Allow yourself to be vulnerable. Embrace your vulnerabilities and reach out to people around you. You cannot win this alone.
3. Take small risks and conquer which will help you develop the mindset to take bigger risks.
4. If you aim high, you will achieve more than you would have done if you settled for average.
5. Step out of your comfort zone and take the plunge. Cater to your strengths and ensure your soul is happy.
6. Your environment should support your risk taking ability. So ensure you have a strong support system who will help you along your journey.
Tips to our listeners on how to cope with these uncertain, trying times:
1. Pause, Reflect, Remember... this will rejuvenate your spirits
2. Be human, break down your barriers, throw away the mask so you become approachable and people can reach out to you.
3. Have faith, things will work out eventually.
4. Have a listening head and a feeling heart.
5. Count your blessings and give copious amount of gratitude with a full heart into the Universe.
