Some days, there are just no words to express what we're now seeing in our world. It's shocking. It's scary. And it's happening.

And it's causing far too many of us to stay quiet when in fact we should be speaking, sharing, discussing, and connecting as we are meant to!

Look we've been kept away from each other for close to a year. We were told that our fellow humans could kill us if they were to breathe on us. They locked us in our homes, shut down our businesses.

People all around us suffered and continue to suffer. Now they are telling us what we can and cannot say, what we are allowed to believe, and what we can post online on any site at any time.

Never in my life would I have imagined that our freedom of speech rights would be trampled as they are now. This is no longer the America I grew up in and I'm not at all happy at what might happen going forward.

Are we about to come up to the tipping point?

Sometimes I think I'd love to go back in time to January of 2020... because it was much easier then as compared to what we're living through now. Yes, I know that would put us right back at the very start of all the madness.

So where are we now? What can we expect in the coming days? While I wish I had a crystal ball and could tell you what to expect, I don't.

What I do know is how life has cycles and I know what I can feel, what I see in those around me, and in many cases, I'm feeling much the same way too.

I do know the tipping point is coming and it appears we are getting closer and closer to each and every day. What will happen next? Stay tuned.

When you are coach, you are also, by default, a leader. Your clients, your friends, your family look to you for answers.

After all, a coach is that person you turn to when you need a little guidance and direction.

Right now, this is more important than ever since everything in society seems to be turned upside-down!

In this episode, I share some of the things that I do to stay informed and on top of things in a way where I am able to see all sides and form an opinion based on a more complete picture.

Gone are the days when a single source of media will suffice. You clients are relying on you to be informed, to be the one with answers and to help guide them through the rough spots. That is the essence of our work as coaches.

Now, once the celebrations are over, where will YOU be looking for opportunities in the New Year? Whenever there is mass chaos, there are also budding new opportunities that show up that would not otherwise be possible. The trick here is to look away from the fear and instead focus on the new opportunities that are already cropping up all around us!

Now if you're anything like me, you want to be a leader. You want people to look to you for answers, for direction, and for confidence. Well, you're in luck!

Because of everything that has happened in 2020, there are new opportunities for you if you are willing to take a stand and step up!

I'm sure you have what it takes.. now will you step into your power in this New Year? That's entirely up to you!

As we look to close out this year and start a fresh New Year, you may be asking yourself just where the opportunities are going to be.

Whenever there is chaos, and we are seeing a lot of chaos right now, things shift and change. What was will no longer be. What will be is where you want to be putting your focus and energy now!

Here's the thing about chaos, it will either break you or make you and there is little chance you will be unaffected.
