We actually f*****g did it!! From 4-6 to CHAMPIONS, Joe and Zach are back to break it all down. Looking into the statistics shows a DOMINATING performance all around in San Antonio, along with MVP caliber play from Luis Perez. Defense forcing three picks, Russolino perfect on field goals, and 3 TDs with 0 INTs from #12, the team was finally firing on all, well, cylinders. The guys also do a retrospective on the season thanks to an article from Anthony Miller at XFLNewsHub, discuss XFL players who have signed with the NFL, and make an announcement regarding the future status of this podcast now that the season has officially wrapped.

The biggest stage is here!
Arlington travels down I-35 to play DC in a Week 9 rematch that went to OT at Audi Field. This time, there's no home crowd, no lemons, no beer snake. Luis Perez will be in complete command of the offense, and the defense has something to prove with just one all-pro selection. The guys look back at how DC won the North against Seattle, and re-examine the box score from Week 9 to see what can be exploited this time around.
Whether you join the watch party at Texas Live, are going to the Alamo City in person, or just tuning in at home, THIS is the preview for you! It's time to Remember the Alamo... Er... Rematch!

On to the Championship!
In this fun-filled episode, the guys take a look at how DIFFERENT this team looks compared to the first few weeks, and how peaking at the right time means everything. Zach notes how efficient Luis Perez was, while Joe gives credit to the defense for stifling an electric Houston offense. The guys also congratulate the XFL players who have been given camp invites to the NFL based on their performance this season. NEXT WEEK will be a championship preview focusing on the matchup with DC. Enjoy this one, and have something to look forward to!

Records out the window, time to go 1-0 in the playoffs... sorry, Battlehawk fans! Joe and Zach decide to focus on Houston as much as possible since they were our week 10 opponent and we face them next week too. No cylinders, just a deep dive exploring what needs to happen to make it to San Antonio, and who needs to shine.
The guys also speculate on a rumor reported for the 2024 championship site, plus give insights on the two teams' scoring predictions, and how that may help when making score predictions of your own! All that and more on this semifinal preview!

What a finish! A 17-point 4th quarter led to some mild heart attacks from Joe and Zach, but Arlington came up just short against DC to force a crucial Week 10 matchup.
In this episode, the guys look at big takeaways from the game at Audi Field, the 335 yard game from Luis Perez, and what other "moral victories" could be translated to the Houston game. Also in this episode is a look at the playoff breakdown for North and South Divisions, who still has something left to play for, and Zach delivers a hot take about how he hopes Week 10 plays out. The guys also offer their condolences to the Sea Dragon family after the loss of Chris Smith, give their predictions for the Houston score, give their keys to the game, and much more.

It’s an unusual Roundup this week!
Joe got called in to work at the last minute (how dare he), but we wanted the show to go on nonetheless! This week, the guys alternate hosting a Cylinder as we look at what’s happening around the XFL (Zach), recap last week’s game at Orlando (Joe), look at playoff standings and tiebreaker scenarios (Zach) and examine this week’s game at DC (Joe). Thanks for being a part of the show even when it sounds a bit different!

To paraphrase Luke Skywalker: We got a little cooked, but we're okay. Despite the loss, with Houston falling to St Louis, Arlington is just ONE game back in the division. The guys look at the craziness that happened in week 7 including Quinten Dormady going off for six scores to help Orlando get their first win of the year. They also examine the play-calling in the defeat to Seattle, Ryan Mueller's surprising return to the team, Drew Plitt's trip to the Injured List, who we picked up to add depth in the QB room, and so much more.
With a lot of weekend competition including the Final Four and Wrestlemania, is it bad the Friday game only drew 144,000 viewers? The guys give their thoughts on "weeknight" (non-Saturday and non-Sunday) programming and if the league should try to compete directly with the USFL next season.
Also - don't miss the Week 8 preview and score predictions as we anticipate Luis Perez's Renegades debut in Orlando and we try to make a playoff push!

Big four weeks ahead!
With a 3-3 record, Arlington is STILL in the South division hunt, but a big Friday Night game looms - the only Friday game in the 2023 season!
Listen in as the guys break down the loss to San Antonio, discuss the BIG shakeup in the quarterback room, provide insights on how to win this week, and what odds the Renegades have regarding playoff hopes. (Hint: Arlington is 3-0 when they win the turnover battle, and 0-3 when they don't).
All that gets talked about and SO MUCH MORE in this absolutely LOADED episode of the Roundup.

Sorry we missed you! Joe was moving and Zach was watching March Madness, and we couldn't get the stars to align last week. We rev up a new four cylinders this week to get caught up - we look back at the St Louis game briefly before recapping the defensive win against the Brahmas, and preview the rematch happening at home this week!
With a 3-2 record and a chance at 4-2, a win here could give Arlington the inside track to being the 2-seed in the south and play for a chance at the championship. The guys do a deep dive into that, and discuss the new pickup on offense in the form of Victor Bolden, and make predictions for this Sunday's game!

Joe and Zach review the Week 3 game against Orlando, discuss the injury to a key defensive player, look at areas for improvement, highlight a special birthday edition of the POTW, discuss the brawl in DC, look ahead to the home opener for St. Louis, and so much more! Don't miss this episode!
