Pastor Dave has been dominating the last couple of weeks. We don't know if Wilson needed a break or if Dave is attempting a coup, either way I'm all in.

Wilson opened todays sermon talking about his childhood friends and how they met up recently and played video games together like they did back in high school. As he talked about it he really impressed the fact that this was something you do as a teenager. I'm 27 and I have a regular Halo Night with my friends at least every other month....... I'm afraid to admit this to Wilson.

Dave is one of those guys that can make a serious subject just seem so simple. Very Mr. Rogers like, have I ever talked about how much I love Mr. Rogers? That man is something else, I could go on for hours about him. Look next time you see me bring up Mr. Rogers and just watch as I can't stop talking about that man.

The mustard seed, the most quoted parable ever by Jesus. The faith of a mustard seed, this super tiny little seed is the measurement of faith that is equal to moving a mountain. I've never moved a mountain so obviously I gotta work on this seed. Oh yeah Wilson also explains what happens when that seed begins to grow. Sorry that was the important part.

This sermon immediately starts with talk of Hell, obviously our favorite subject as Christians. So let's see how Wilson tiptoes around Hell without scaring us too much.

Dave is back again speaking on biblical knowledge and the ego that some people can build around their biblical knowledge. Thankfully I'm a dummy so I can't grow that kind of ego, so I in no way felt attacked at all by this sermon. But hey have you read Revelations 36 times like I have? Get on my level.

Wilson talks a lot about calluses in this sermon, and at first I kept thinking about the new calluses I have on my hands from rock climbing (shoutout to my rock climbing peeps). But as I actually listened and wasn't sitting on Reddit, I actually noticed the weird calluses that even I had built up within my relationship with God. So yeah no weird funny stuff today, this is a super good sermon.
