Ep.5:
As we journey towards fitness and health, we often focus on our individual goals and progress. However, having a workout partner or community can be a powerful tool in achieving our goals. In Hebrews 10:24-25, Paul reminds us of the importance of community, stating "Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works. And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near."
